Aims and Scope

The purpose of the International Journal of Complexity in Education (IJCE) is to publish articles that are concerned with the application of complexity theory and related models in the field of education. The journal invites empirical papers, as well as theoretical and methodological contributions, literature reviews and short research reports. We also welcome book reviews. In each of these instances, however, the linkage between complexity theory and the field of education needs to be made explicit, and it should be clear how the contribution adds to existing knowledge in education. IJCE is a peer reviewed open source journal. There are no publication charges.
